At Albion Prime we believe our fees offer excellent value for money and in many cases can become self-funding through the financial savings we are able to achieve. Each client’s needs are carefully listened to and fully understood when agreeing fees, to ensure these are cost effective for our client and befitting of their requirements. Upon accepting out terms and conditions, to start your property search a retainer fee of £685 will be requested. This is for phone calls, travel expenses and search time. This registration fee is fully deductible from your final success fee. This is for 12 months search.

London buying property search         
Retainer fee:     £750 (fully deductable from the final success fee)
Success fee:    1.5% of the purchase price (payable on the completion of your property purchase).

London rental property search
Retainer fee:      £750 (fully deductable from the final success fee)
Success fee:      One month’s rent (payable upon signature of the tenancy agreement).

You can pay the retainer fee of £750 via normal methods of payments (cheque, bank transfer or cash). Please contact us for further information.

Alternatively you can pay the retainer fee via PayPal . With PayPal, you can send money fast using your debit/credit cards or Paypal balance.
